As a Chinese living in Canada, I have experience few incidents of Canadian asking me some very offensive questions, most of the people who asked me these question truly believed in the stereotypes of Chinese people. I think it will be very educational for people to learn about Chinese culture from social platforms such as

Travel in China is a youtube channel specialized in introducing authentic Chinese place and culture. In this channel, you will learn that Chinese don't actually eat fortune cookies and Orange Chicken, these are all Westernized Chinese Food. Better Educate yourself before you say that you loveeeee Chinese food.
Kat and Sid is a very cute couple, Sid is Chinese while Kat is American, they often share their insights of these two cultures in their channel. It is a great source to learn about Chinese and American culture.

A Fu (Thomas) is a German guy who is currently living in Shanghai with his Shanghaiese wife and her family. A Fu speaks exceptional Chinese and Shanghaiese. His Shanghaiese is way better than mine, In his channel, he often shared his life living in Shanghai. He is dedicating in sharing his love of Chinese cultural to the world.
